AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGH

I've got work piling up on me, I'm feeling too lousy physically to get it done, my emotional state is fragile as all hell and has already taken some hard knocks, I've got a half-dozen calls I've got to make...

and the bloody phone's gone dead.

I can't take this. I don't even have the energy to scream.

I'm sending sympathy from the Darkened Migraine House.

Of all that you described, for me, the worst would be the dead phone. When communications technology breaks down, it frustrates me SO MUCH.

Hugs if you'd like 'em.

Thanks. I am indeed in need of sympathy.

Aww man. Much love.

Breathe. Relax. Breathe.

The work will get done, the calls will wait.

Remember not to take life too seriously. After all, it doesn't take you seriously.

And Breathe.

*breathes*

I hope you're right. Though that bit about life not taking me seriously hits a little close to home right now.

Any extra good karma and energy I will send your way.
Good luck and I hope it gets easier soon.

Aha. Fortunately I seem to have had an opportunity for self-indulgence present itself.

Hope your week gets better from here!

Be well

Sorry to hear of the difficulties. Life is like that, but you will make it through this. I like the bubble bath idea. If you don't have a bathtub, just find a local puddle...

Virtual hugs!
