Ooh, nifty: OK Cupid now has a "Worst Matches" feature, for the morbidly curious (like me). Interestingly enough, every single one of my bottom 50 matches is 18 or under. Somehow I'm not terribly surprised.

Once on the "new pictures" welcome screen, I saw a pic of a guy proudly pointing to the picture of a supermodel hanging on his wall. I wondered what sort of guy would put a picture like that out there to represent himself, and clicked to his proflie. He had answered about 50 questions, and we matched at 0%.

I was impressed.

Of my worst 100 matches, 98 are 18, one is 17, and one is 16. :)

And I just checked... every single one of my worst matches is 18 too. My settings don't let me see anyone under 18. I'm thinking that's a bit much for a statistical burp - the match percentages go up pretty rapidly, and I know I match worse with some older people.

They are clearly showing only the worst 18 and unders.

There are a few of 'em in my top 100 list (for local matches anyway), which ain't bad considering that they make up only about 1% of the total user base.

Aha. Not only that, but now that I look at my top world matches, they're only showing 18-year-olds there too, though my top local match list is showing all ages. Must be some kinda glitch.
