How would you go about dodging a wasp? They can turn around on a dime. FYI, in a battle of human vs. small finite number of wasps, the mightiest weapon I know of is a tennis racquet.
I've had an ant trail in my car on two occasions. Both times, parking in a different place for a couple of nights seemed to get the point across and they left.
