Yeah, it's a convenient indicator for hotels, hospitals, etc.

But I just finished an actually defective box of tissues. It seems two long strips get cut and folded together for the pop-up effect. One strip didn't get cut all the way through, so when I pull, out come three tissues attached together and three more falling out beside them. Annoying.
