Wait, so, a nonpartisan voting on a Democratic ballot for just the Democratic nominees isn't counted? Or is it just the nonpartisan ballot itself? I am confused.
And if it is the nonpartisan's vote on a Dem ballot that doesn't count, is it the whole ballot, or just the bit with the nominees?
