Questions by [livejournal.com profile] tenacious_snail:

5. When did you start growing your hair, and when was your last haircut?

When I was born, really. It hasn't been above my shoulders since it first hit them when I was about two, and the last time I got it cut as opposed to just trimmed was about fourteen years ago--wow, that's half a lifetime. Hadn't realized that until now.

I keep toying with the idea of getting it cut, because it's a pain to take care of. But I just can't imagine it looking good any shorter, not with how wild and wavy it is.

4. What is your dream job?

Wish I knew. It seems to change every couple of years. Right now, as I mentioned recently, I'd love to get deeper into educational publishing.

3. Have you always lived in California? If so, where else would you live, if you had to?

As long as makes no never-mind; that is, nearly as long as I can remember.

I've never really thought about where else I might live. It seems like nearly everywhere else where I might fit in culture-wise is too damn cold. I suppose I might check out Sydney er somethin.

2. How did you get to use V as a name? Do you dislike your given name? Have you tried other alternatives, and, if so, why did you discard them. Are you in favor of vendettas?

Through introducing myself that way; yes; no; not particularly.

(What? Those are perfectly good answers.)

1. If someone were to make a dinner with the intention of seducing you, what would the menu look like?

Cheesy enough that I'd laugh, probably.

Oh, you mean what would the menu have to look like for them to actually succeed? Ain't no such animal. I like good food, but it's never gonna make me decide to sleep with someone.

Okay, okay, so what's my perfect meal? Don't have one of those either. I like lots of foods; "perfect" depends on my mood. The most I will say is that adding bacon to things rarely hurts.

Soyeah, comment here with the words "interrogate me" and I will attempt to.

With dying? What the hell wisdom comes with dying?

As for growing old, you get wisdom from being around longer, not from your body physically aging. So yeah, I'd totally skip aging if I could--or at least put it off.

I wouldn't freeze myself any time soon, though; I like the friends I've got now. Though it would be kinda cool if some of us could arrange to get froze and unfroze together.
