Sometimes I feel this way too, but it usually turns out that just 'cause I wasn't hungry didn't mean I didn't need to eat. Sometimes I get "past" the point of hunger, and will think I'm fine, but then I get dizzy or tired (yet still not "hungry" as identified by pain-in-the-tummy)..
eat something (pref. carbs + protein) and all is well with the world again.
