I feel I must set this down as evidence both of my vastly improved living situation (as compared to last year) and of my growing lack of shame:
This evening I rousted my roommate out of the bathroom with the words "Yo, [my date and I] need to pee so we can fuck!"

My mom knows I'm poly. She knows the names of folks that I hang out with a lot; she and I talk a couple of times a week, and I tend to chat about what I've been up to. While I did correct her misperception of what "getting together with
(I also find it really not important to put a lot of effort into clarifying *for anyone* (other than partners, who have SSA-related entitlements) who I am or am not sleeping with.)
