Tardy haiku

Dammit, I forgot
to mention that today was
World Blog Haiku Day!
I was going to post
about this earlier, but
I just plain forgot
to do it during
the few hours I was home
and here at my desk.
Now it is almost
too late for it to matter.
But, in case you care,
mark your calendars.
Next year, on July the fifth,
you too can be cool
and post haiku, like
me (but hopefully in a
more timely fashion.)

Date: 2005-07-07 03:10 am (UTC)but who am I to stop you?
Go ahead and post.
After all, a late
haiku would be better than
no haiku at all.
Besides, we must spread
word of this most worthy meme.
Next year, ah, next year!

Date: 2005-07-07 03:13 am (UTC)I shall never rest until
you speak in haiku
24/7.
After all, tormenting you
is what I live for.
(By the way, don't I
deserve an award for the
Shortest Haiku Line?)
